Indrani Dasgupta is one of the top models in India. Initially she was interested in becoming a lawyer but intrigued by the fashion world, she decided to become a model. The Bengali lass with her drop-dead gorgeous looks was born and brought up in Muscat. Indrani started modeling at the age of 18, and since has made it big with loads of print and television ads. The dusky beauty with her dimpled smile has numerous ramp shows to her credit and has featured in a couple of music videos. An economic graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she was the winner of the Society Achiever's Award for glamour in 2002. She is the brand ambassador of Lakme India.
